Spring Weather
« on: April 14, 2012, 10:25:04 AM »
I for one have had just about had enough "Spring" for this year.
Not getting any incentive to go and shoot/test this year, with the weather being what it has been in my part of the world.
Hopefully a few of you are able to get out and get the shooting year started.

I will be out tomorrow, but I expect I will be shooting over 2' of snow. Cabin fever will make me do it!

Well unless the range is in a tropical zone and not likely being as it is only about 60 km. west of me you guy,s are going to have a tuff time seeing the targets at 100yds. being as we have a blizzard going on now. I have cabin fever so bad I almost went to Totem and started on new flooring  in the bathroom. Think I will clean the muzzle loader instead. Cabin fever is a strange thing and when you get to this stage of it ( I hate both of theese jobs equally) you are very near the breaking point!!!!!

Not a great day as you can see in the photos. Started 0ff at -6C and warmed all the way up to -1C. Hugh W and I practically had the range to ourselves. Not sure what happened to Dan?

Sorry Rick. Worked till midnight on bathroom renos Saturday night and right back at it early Sunday morning. I had good intentions of coming out but I was in the groove. My reno motivation has been lacking lately so I decided to roll with it. I've actually been doing a lot of shooting lately regardless of weather or temp. I enjoy the colder days as no one ever comes out to shoot and we all like to have the range to ourselves don't we.

Yes I do actually. I've only started load development though and at the point in the process where I'm trying to find the accuracy nodes. I haven't even shot any groups yet.

Been trying that Dan, won't go thru.  Guess mine might have to go to the doctor.  Nothing important.

Dan, tried both ways and it won't work.  Shoot me an e-mail with your phone number
if you still have my e-mail.  I have a guy that will buy that 6.5 reamer off you if you
want to part with it.
