I believe you can get them at the Shooting Federation of Canada but not at a good price. We got ours from National Target in the US.

After talking with Jim Latham in Mission we got a bunch from Shotmaster 10x,   http://www.shotmaster10x.com/SearchResults.asp?Cat=1852

They're from the States and have good prices.

Shotmaster is where I bought mine last year. Good targets, nice to deal with. I still felt beat up by the price but I don't know how to get away from that...
