If memory serves me correct Wayne Miller may have one for sale.  I do not have his phone number so if someone happens to have it if they could forward it to Smitty.

Wayne does not have the press anymore. I saw him 2 weeks ago and was informed that it was sold. Good luck with your search.

I ordered one from Harrell's last year, as I did not find anyone selling them in Canada.  Harrell's was prompt and the quality is fine.
