A # 17 Heavy Varmint is the only barrel that is 1.25 diameter, 5 inch  breach and 29 inches long.
I bought the barrel from an individual. I believe he  had it fluted to remove weight  and he had about 4 inches at the muzzle end turned down to .750 so  that it was  straight instead of  tapered. Perhaps to  attach a suppressor or some other attachment.
